When you or someone you love is experiencing
emotional, behavioral or substance abuse
problems, it's hard to know what to do or
who to call. Highlands Behavioral Health
System offers a no-charge assessment to help
you determine what is needed - and what the
next step should be. To schedule an
assessment, call 720.348.2800 (24 hours a
day/7 days a week). |

WHAT IS AN ASSESSMENT? |

Your call will be answered by a trained
assessment counselor who will ask you a few
questions in order to schedule a face to
face appointment. During the assessment, a
mental health professional will gather
information to determine the best course of
treatment.
Only a physician can make the determination
for inpatient care.
