Recommendations of Personal Belongings for Patients
  Please label all personal belongings with patient's first name & last initial
  • 3 Casual Outfits
  • Tennis Shoes/No Shoestrings
  • 3 pairs socks
  • 3 pairs Underwear
  • 2 T-shirts, 2 Long Sleeved Shirts
  • Bras & Underwear
  • Appropriate Nightwear (not see thru or revealing)
  • Jacket/No Strings attached to it
  • 1 hoodie with no strings
  • Insurance cards and prescription cards
